A WEEKEND OF PRACTICE

23rd - 24th JANUARY 2027

£197

Two days to practise, reset and start the year with intention.

When was the last time you gave your yoga practice more than an hour?

It is easy for yoga to become something we squeeze into a busy week. We arrive, practise for an hour, roll up the mat and head straight back into everything else. Sometimes our practice loses its rhythm. Sometimes we simply want more time to move, breathe, explore and rest. This weekend gives us that time.

A Weekend of Practice is a full weekend of yoga, shared meals and good company. It is a chance to start the year by giving your practice some proper attention. We will step away from the usual one-hour class and stay with things for longer. There will be time to explore different parts of the practice, ask questions, challenge yourself when it feels right and slow things down when you need to.

There is nothing to perfect and no goal to reach. Just two days to enjoy your practice and see where it takes you.

This is for those who feel called to dive deeper

This is for those who feel called to dive deeper

This weekend is for anyone who has found themselves thinking,

‘I wish I had more time for my practice.’

You may already practise regularly and feel curious about going deeper. You may have fallen out of the habit and want to find your way back. Or you may simply love yoga and fancy spending a whole weekend immersed in it.

You do not need an advanced practice or the ability to do complicated poses. Just come as you are, ready to practise.
