Root & Reignite: A 30-Hour Yoga Immersion
January 22nd - 25th 2026
Root & Reignite is a 3-day yoga immersion created to nourish both practice and perspective. Alongside extended asana, breathwork, and meditation sessions, you’ll engage in educational workshops designed to deepen your understanding of yoga philosophy, holistic health, and the tools for living well off the mat.
Held in January, after the rush of Christmas and the noise of New Year’s resolutions, this immersion offers a chance to pause, reflect, and realign. Together, we’ll explore not only how to move and breathe with awareness, but also how to integrate the wisdom of yoga into daily life and health.
This experience is an invitation to reconnect with yourself, rediscover your values, and ignite inspiration for the year ahead, rooted in practice, guided by yogic philosophy, and supported by a like-minded community. This is for those who feel called to dive deeper, to ground themselves in a steady foundation, and to step into a new year of spiritual practice with clarity and purpose.

Refrain from drinking alcohol during the immersion, allowing your body and mind to fully engage with the practices and teachings.
Let those close to you know your intention for this experience, share with anyone you live with how they might support your rest and integration at home.
Minimise outside distractions by setting clear boundaries with work, social commitments, or technology during the immersion.

Your experience will be led by Shanon EYT 500hr + , a dedicated yoga teacher with extensive training in asana, meditation, and yogic philosophy, passionate about helping students deepen their practice and integrate yoga into daily life.
We’ll also be joined by Charlotte, an experienced Ayurveda practitioner, who will share insights and practical tools from this sister science of yoga to support your overall health, balance, and wellbeing throughout the immersion.

No prior background in yoga philosophy is required, just an interest and a genuine desire to dive deeper into your practice and understanding. For asana, we recommend having around three months of regular yoga classes to feel comfortable with the physical elements of the immersion.
