This 50-hour training is designed to give you the essential tools, knowledge, and confidence to teach Yin Yoga safely, skillfully, and with depth.
For yoga teachers looking to expand their offerings or for dedicated practitioners ready to deepen their personal practice, this training will immerse you in the fundamentals of Yin Yoga in both theory and embodied experience.
WHAT YOU’LL LEARN
Skeletal Variation & Fascia
A deep dive into the unique anatomy of each individual body, and the role of fascia in Yin practice.
Archetypal Yin Postures & Their Variations
Learn the key poses, how to modify them for different bodies, and how to understand functional alignment.
Rebounds & Transitions
Explore the subtlety and significance of transitions and stillness between poses.
Effective Cueing & Use of Props
Discover how to deliver potent verbal cues and make thoughtful adjustments using props.
Sequencing & Theming
Learn to design cohesive and meaningful Yin classes rooted in intention.
Teaching Practice & Feedback

The prerequisites for joining the course are a minimum 2 years of regular practice including classes, workshops, retreat attendance or regular 1:1’s. As well as a telephone interview with Verity.
