Build a Strong Foundation in Yin Yoga
This immersive 50-hour training is designed for yoga teachers, wellness practitioners and dedicated students who are curious about the science behind stretch, mobility and human movement. Blending modern science with embodied practice, this training explores the key foundations that make Yin Yoga such an effective practice for mobility, nervous system regulation, emotional wellbeing and healthy ageing.
