what is Calisthenics?
A way to build strength, mobility, and body control through our progressive calisthenics programme, designed to help you develop your skills week by week.
Calisthenics is a style of training that uses your own bodyweight as resistance to build strength, stability, and coordination. Through movements such as pushing, pulling, squatting, hanging, balancing, and floor work, you’ll develop functional strength, joint control, and a deeper awareness of how your body moves.
This is more than just a workout, it’s a structured approach to building strength and skill in a sustainable, intelligent way.

MEET PAUL DUDDY
Sessions are led by Paul Duddy, whose diverse movement background includes Calisthenics, Yoga, Gymnastics, Dance, and Animal Flow.
Paul brings a well-rounded and accessible approach to training, blending strength, mobility, balance, and fluid movement. His coaching style focuses on helping each individual progress at their own level, offering clear guidance, regressions, and progressions so that everyone from complete beginners to more advanced practitioners can improve with confidence.
how our passes work
Classes start on Thursday 14th May and run on:
Tuesdays at 6:30am
Thursdays at 7:30am
Each session builds on key foundations, but the programme is designed so you can join at any time. There’s no fixed start date, and you can attend once per week or both sessions for extra practice.
Paul will adapt each session to suit your level, so if you’re working towards your first push-up or refining more advanced skills like handstands, you’ll be supported every step of the way.
