Week 1: Breathwork (Fundamentals)

Week 2: Standing postures to awaken the body and find balance.

Week 3: Seated postures to improve mobility and release tension.

Week 4: Mindfulness to promote mental clarity and relaxation.

Experience the benefits of yoga and mindfulness without ever leaving your desks. Tailored for those with tight schedules or limited mobility, these sessions can be seamlessly integrated into the workday. The program promotes relaxation, improves mobility, reduces stress and enhances overall wellbeing.
